Shop Fabrication
One of our advantages that enable us to serve our customers in a timely and efficient manner is our well-equipped fabricating shop. We are in the process of constructing our shop in Dammam Industrial area II.
Items fabricated include pipe spools, structural assemblies, equipment parts.
We work in a variety of alloys: carbon steel, chrome-moly, stainless steel (304, 316, 309, 310, 317, 321, duplex, H-grade alloys, etc.) nickel alloys (600, 601,625,800, alloy 20, C-276, C-22, C-2000, Alloy-X) Aluminium, Monel, and others. We have a large network of suppliers who can support us in any situation.
Plant Maintenance & Shutdown Related Works
Our plant maintenance team focuses on maintenance strategy, planning, execution to ensure production efficiency, equipment integrity, safety of people and facility.
We are committed to maintain a consistent track record of safety and reliability in plant services when executing critical maintenance jobs.
Mechanical Installation / Heavy Lift
Our goal is to provide the client with equipment installation teams comprise experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated individuals with reliable equipment.
Heat Transfer Equipment Refurbishment
Our aim is to respond to the client’s needs, from standard lead times to turn-key, around the clock work. We can repair heat exchangers either on-site or at our facility.
We can perform services ranging from simple tube plugging to code weld repair and modification, to partial and complete re-tubing, complete re-build, and complete fabrication of a replacement heat exchanger. We perform both vacuum testing and hydro-testing to determine tube to shell integrity.
Madarat FICO has the capability to take the repair works (with or without R-Stamp) for the following types both on site or in our workshop

Piping Works
Our goal is to achieve the best possible production and professional installation & repairing of piping systems, piping supports, secondary supports etc. We will have a complete know-how in handing different materials and dimensions. The installation of equipment and instruments is also a part of our services, if required.
Storage Tanks Repair
Madarat FICO has a plan to fabricate and repair ground storage tanks of carbon steel, stainless steel, and a wide variety of alloys utilizing the following weld processes SMAW, SAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW.
Our services will include erection of new tanks, repair and modification, major tank retrofits, bottom plate replacement with or without cathodic protection installation, shell nozzle modifications, cut down.
Flare System Mechanical Repair/ Replacement Works
Madarat FICO shall have capabilities related to flare systems repairing and replacement activities include installation of new flare system refurbishment or replacement of stack, tip and related utility piping.
Bolt Torquing
Madarat FICO shall have certified, skilled and experienced technicians as well as a high level of supervision to offer our client the right solution for bolting requirements. Through controlled bolting services we will offer bolt torqueing /bolt tightening, flange joint management etc.
